  4. 4. Immediately shock the asparagus with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. 5. Let the asparagus drain well.
  6. 6. Finely chop the asparagus.
  7. 7. Peel the shallot.
  8. 8. Dice the shallot very finely.
  9. 9. Rinse the salmon briefly.
  10. 10. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Dice the salmon into small pieces.
  12. 12. Place the salmon, shallot, and asparagus into a bowl.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients with wasabi, vinegar, and oil.
  14. 14. Season the mixture to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  15. 15. Toast the slices until golden brown.
  16. 16. Place the toast slices on a plate.
