  6. 6. Peel the lower part of the asparagus.
  7. 7. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus.
  8. 8. Cut the asparagus stalks into 4 to 5 centimeter long pieces.
  9. 9. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  10. 10. Halve the peppers.
  11. 11. Remove the core from the pepper.
  12. 12. Chop the cored pepper finely.
  13. 13. Wash the herbs.
  14. 14. Pick the leaves off the herb stems.
  15. 15. Cut the herb leaves into thin strips.
  16. 16. Set a few herb strips aside for garnish.
  17. 17. Halve the snow peas.
  18. 18. Peel the onion.
  19. 19. Dice the onion finely.
  20. 20. Heat oil in a pan.
  21. 21. Sauté the onion, asparagus, and peppers for 5 minutes over medium heat.
