  1. 1. Wash the asparagus thoroughly. Trim off the woody bottom ends. Peel the bottom third of the stalks. Place the stalks on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Wash the grapes. Add them to the asparagus on the baking sheet. Wash the sage leaves. Pat them dry. Chop the leaves finely.
  3. 3. Rinse the chicken breast. Pat it dry. Cut it into 4 pieces. Arrange the chicken pieces next to the asparagus.
  4. 4. Drizzle everything with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the chopped sage leaves over it.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan or gas mark 3). Bake the vegetables, grapes, and chicken for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Slice the chicken breast into finger-thick slices. Plate the chicken together with the asparagus and grapes. Shave Parmesan over the top.
