🍽️ Oven Asparagus with Chicken and Grapes

Ingredients
- 1 kg green asparagus
- 400 g grapes (blue or pink)
- 6 sage leaves
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 40 g parmesan (30% fat in dry matter)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the asparagus thoroughly. Trim off the woody bottom ends. Peel the bottom third of the stalks. Place the stalks on a baking sheet.
- 2. Wash the grapes. Add them to the asparagus on the baking sheet. Wash the sage leaves. Pat them dry. Chop the leaves finely.
- 3. Rinse the chicken breast. Pat it dry. Cut it into 4 pieces. Arrange the chicken pieces next to the asparagus.
- 4. Drizzle everything with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the chopped sage leaves over it.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan or gas mark 3). Bake the vegetables, grapes, and chicken for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Slice the chicken breast into finger-thick slices. Plate the chicken together with the asparagus and grapes. Shave Parmesan over the top.
