🥤 Fresh Asparagus-Melon Juice

Ingredients
- 200 g green asparagus
- 350 g small honeydew melon (0.5 small honeydew melons)
- 75 g small organic orange (0.5 small organic oranges)
- 1 handful lemon balm
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the asparagus spears.
- 2. Cut off the woody ends of the spears.
- 3. Cut the remaining asparagus spears into small pieces.
- 4. Remove the core of the melon using a spoon.
- 5. Cut the melon into wedges.
- 6. Cut the flesh away from the rind.
- 7. Dice the melon flesh roughly.
- 8. Rinse the orange under hot water.
- 9. Dry the orange with a cloth.
- 10. Peel the orange skin finely.
- 11. Use a julienne peeler for this.
- 12. Wash the lemon balm.
- 13. Shake the leaves dry.
- 14. Set aside a few leaves for decoration.
- 15. Quarter the orange.
- 16. Cut the fruit flesh away from the peel.
- 17. Place the orange in the juicer.
- 18. Add the lemon balm.
- 19. Add the asparagus pieces.
- 20. Add the melon cubes.
- 21. Juice all the ingredients.
- 22. Pour the juice into a long drink glass.
- 23. Add ice cubes to the glass.
- 24. Stir the juice with the ice.
- 25. Garnish the glass with the orange peel.
- 26. Garnish the glass with the reserved lemon balm leaves.
