  1. 1. Rinse the oranges under hot water and pat them dry.
  2. 2. Finely grate the zest from one orange.
  3. 3. Peel the oranges so that you remove all white pith.
  4. 4. Carefully cut out the fruit segments (filets) between the membranes.
  5. 5. Catch the released juice in a bowl while doing so.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the empty membranes and add it to the collected juice.
  7. 7. Place the fruit segments, the orange zest, and the juice into a pot.
  8. 8. Add the honey.
  9. 9. Let the mixture simmer gently for 10 to 12 minutes over medium heat.
  10. 10. Remove the pot from the heat and let the dressing cool down for 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Stir 2 tablespoons of oil into the cooled dressing.
  12. 12. Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody lower ends.
  13. 13. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
  14. 14. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
  15. 15. Fry the asparagus in it for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat.
  16. 16. Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash them.
  17. 17. Halve the strawberries.
  18. 18. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Place the asparagus on the plates.
  20. 20. Distribute the halved strawberries over the asparagus.
  21. 21. Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
  22. 22. Grind fresh pepper over the salad.
  23. 23. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over it.
  24. 24. Drizzle the salad with the orange dressing.
  25. 25. Serve the salad immediately.
