  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Mix the chopped garlic in a bowl with the chili sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and honey.
  3. 3. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Rinse the spare ribs under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Brush the ribs generously with some of the prepared sauce.
  6. 6. Preheat your grill and place the ribs on the grate over low heat.
  7. 7. Make sure the ribs have sufficient distance from the hot embers.
  8. 8. Grill the meat pieces for about 40 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the ribs regularly during the cooking time.
  10. 10. Brush the meat with the remaining sauce repeatedly in between.
  11. 11. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  12. 12. Cook the pasta in it al dente (firm to the bite).
  13. 13. Shock the pasta immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  14. 14. Let the pasta drain well.
  15. 15. Toss the drained pasta with one tablespoon of oil so they do not stick together.
  16. 16. Wash the beans under running water.
  17. 17. Remove the hard ends and fibers of the beans (trim).
  18. 18. Cook the beans in salted water for about 8 minutes until tender.
  19. 19. Shock the beans with cold water as well and let them drain well.
  20. 20. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  21. 21. Remove any hard stems from the spinach.
  22. 22. Dry the spinach, for example in a salad spinner.
  23. 23. Peel the onion.
  24. 24. Halve the onion and cut it into thin strips.
  25. 25. Take the drained tomatoes out of the can or jar.
  26. 26. Chop the tomatoes roughly into small pieces.
  27. 27. Mix the remaining oil with the balsamic vinegar.
  28. 28. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper.
  29. 29. Add all prepared salad ingredients (pasta, beans, spinach, onions, tomatoes) to a large bowl.
  30. 30. Pour the dressing over the ingredients and mix everything well together.
  31. 31. Cut the grilled spare ribs into individual portions.
  32. 32. Serve the meat pieces together with the cold pasta salad.
