  2. 2. Pat the ribs dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the ribs side by side in a shallow baking dish.
  4. 4. Mix the soy sauce with the honey.
  5. 5. Add the hoisin sauce to the mixture.
  6. 6. Stir in the rice vinegar.
  7. 7. Pour in the rice wine.
  8. 8. Add the garlic.
  9. 9. Whisk the marinade until well combined.
  10. 10. Coat the spare ribs completely with the marinade.
  11. 11. Cover the dish.
  12. 12. Place the ribs in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  14. 14. Place the baking dish in the oven.
  15. 15. Bake the ribs for about 20 minutes.
  16. 16. Use the top and bottom heat setting.
