🍽️ Spanish Marinade for Cutlets

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 125 ml sherry
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 schnitzel (chicken, veal or turkey)
- cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Pour the sherry into a small saucepan.
- 3. Bring the sherry to a boil on the stove.
- 4. Stir the honey and the chopped garlic into the boiling liquid.
- 5. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Let the marinade cool down briefly.
- 8. Season the cutlets generously with cayenne pepper.
- 9. Place the seasoned cutlets in a bowl.
- 10. Pour the warm marinade evenly over the meat.
- 11. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- 12. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 13. Pat the marinated cutlets dry with kitchen paper.
- 14. Fry the cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes on one side.
- 15. Turn the cutlets and fry them for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
- 16. Season the finished cutlets with salt at the end.
