🍝 Spaghettini with Lemon and Olives

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice of one lemon)
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- 2. Add salt to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the spaghettini in it until they are al dente (firm to the bite).
- 4. Follow the cooking time specified on the package.
- 5. Cut the olives into small strips.
- 6. Mix four tablespoons of olive oil with the lemon juice.
- 7. Rinse the basil under cold water.
- 8. Shake the basil dry.
- 9. Set aside a few leaves for garnish.
- 10. Finely chop the remaining basil.
- 11. Peel the garlic.
- 12. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
- 13. Briefly sauté the chopped basil in the hot oil.
- 14. Press the garlic into the pan.
- 15. Drain the cooked pasta.
- 16. Let the pasta drip dry well.
- 17. Return the pasta to the pot.
- 18. Mix the pasta with the oil-lemon mixture.
- 19. Add the cut olives.
- 20. Add the sautéed basil.
- 21. Mix everything with the parmesan.
- 22. Season the pasta with salt.
- 23. Season the pasta with pepper.
- 24. Serve the pasta.
- 25. Garnish it with the reserved basil leaves.
