🍝 Spaghetti with Zucchini

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 500 g Zucchini
- 12 Olives
- Sage leaf
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- 2. Add plenty of salt to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the spaghetti in it until al dente.
- 4. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the tough ends of the zucchini.
- 6. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- 7. Halve the olives.
- 8. Remove the pits from the olive halves.
- 9. Add the zucchini slices to the boiling salted water.
- 10. Cook the zucchini for 2 minutes.
- 11. Remove the zucchini from the water.
- 12. Let the zucchini drain.
- 13. Mix the drained zucchini with the olives.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt.
- 15. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 16. Drain the spaghetti.
- 17. Plate the spaghetti.
- 18. Top with the zucchini mixture.
- 19. Serve the dish immediately.
