🍝 Spaghetti with creamy tomato sauce and tomato paste sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 100 ml heavy cream
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- basil
- 400 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- 100 ml red wine
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Finely chop the garlic and slice the onion into thin strips. Sweat the vegetables in hot olive oil, then add the tomatoes and deglaze with red wine. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente (still slightly firm in the center).
- 3. Add cream and grated cheese to the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the drained spaghetti and serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
