  2. 2. Cook the spaghetti in it according to package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  4. 4. Add a splash of olive oil and some lemon juice.
  5. 5. Mix everything well with ground pistachios and grated Parmesan.
  6. 6. Season the mixture finally with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Warm the serving plates in the oven or with hot water.
  8. 8. Plate the spaghetti on the pre-warmed plates.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the dish with coarsely chopped pistachios before serving.
