🍝 Crunchy Spaghetti with Pistachios

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 80 g pistachios (ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- coarsely chopped pistachios (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti in it according to package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- 4. Add a splash of olive oil and some lemon juice.
- 5. Mix everything well with ground pistachios and grated Parmesan.
- 6. Season the mixture finally with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Warm the serving plates in the oven or with hot water.
- 8. Plate the spaghetti on the pre-warmed plates.
- 9. Sprinkle the dish with coarsely chopped pistachios before serving.
