🍝 Spaghetti with Parsley

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with water and add salt.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers.
- 5. Slice the chili peppers lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 7. Remove all white inner membranes from the chili peppers.
- 8. Dice the chili peppers very finely.
- 9. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 10. Add the chopped garlic to the hot pan.
- 11. Add the diced chili peppers to the pan.
- 12. Fry the ingredients for only a short time.
- 13. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
- 14. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water.
- 15. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- 16. Wash the parsley.
- 17. Shake the parsley dry.
- 18. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 19. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 20. Reheat the pan with the garlic mixture.
- 21. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the hot pan.
- 22. Stir the mixture.
- 23. Drain the spaghetti in a colander.
- 24. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan.
- 25. Season the spaghetti with salt to taste.
- 26. Season the spaghetti with pepper to taste.
- 27. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the spaghetti.
- 28. Mix everything well together.
- 29. Warm the serving plates.
- 30. Plate the spaghetti on the warm plates.
- 31. Serve the dish immediately.
