  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers.
  5. 5. Slice the chili peppers lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  7. 7. Remove all white inner membranes from the chili peppers.
  8. 8. Dice the chili peppers very finely.
  9. 9. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Add the chopped garlic to the hot pan.
  11. 11. Add the diced chili peppers to the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the ingredients for only a short time.
  13. 13. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
  14. 14. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water.
  15. 15. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  16. 16. Wash the parsley.
  17. 17. Shake the parsley dry.
  18. 18. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  19. 19. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  20. 20. Reheat the pan with the garlic mixture.
  21. 21. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the hot pan.

  24. 24. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan.
  25. 25. Season the spaghetti with salt to taste.
  26. 26. Season the spaghetti with pepper to taste.
  27. 27. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the spaghetti.
  28. 28. Mix everything well together.
  29. 29. Warm the serving plates.
  30. 30. Plate the spaghetti on the warm plates.
  31. 31. Serve the dish immediately.
