Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 1 kg mussels (cleaned, discard any open ones)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 spring onions
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- Tabasco
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml white wine

Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), drain, and let it drip dry.

- 4. Wash the spring onions, trim them, slice them into rounds, and fry them with the chili rings in hot butter in a pan, then add them to the seasoned liquid.
- 5. Stir the mussels and spaghetti into the sauce, heat through, and serve.
