  1. 1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Crumble the chili peppers.
  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, cut them into quarters, and remove the core. Then cut the tomato pieces into strips.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic, tomato strips, and chili peppers, and sauté them briefly. Be careful not to overcook the garlic to prevent it from becoming bitter.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water and cook them according to the package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
  5. 5. Wash the basil, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely.
  6. 6. Just before the pasta is done, place the pan back on the stove and heat it. Add 3-4 tablespoons of pasta water and stir everything together.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the dish and mix everything thoroughly.
  8. 8. Serve the spaghetti on pre-warmed plates and enjoy immediately.
