  2. 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Cook the pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).
  4. 4. Peel the shallots and the garlic cloves.
  5. 5. Dice the shallots and garlic finely.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a large pan.
  7. 7. Fry the shallots and garlic in the hot oil until golden brown.
  8. 8. Stir the vegetables occasionally while frying.
  9. 9. Add the chili peppers to the pan.
  10. 10. Fry the chili peppers briefly together with the other ingredients.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley under running water.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  14. 14. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
  15. 15. Let the pasta drain well.
  16. 16. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the garlic-chili mixture.
