🍝 Spaghetti with Garlic and Chili

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 4 Shallots
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 small red Chili peppers
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot.
- 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 4. Peel the shallots and the garlic cloves.
- 5. Dice the shallots and garlic finely.
- 6. Heat oil in a large pan.
- 7. Fry the shallots and garlic in the hot oil until golden brown.
- 8. Stir the vegetables occasionally while frying.
- 9. Add the chili peppers to the pan.
- 10. Fry the chili peppers briefly together with the other ingredients.
- 11. Wash the parsley under running water.
- 12. Shake the parsley dry.
- 13. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 14. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
- 15. Let the pasta drain well.
- 16. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the garlic-chili mixture.
- 17. Sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley over the dish.
- 18. Toss everything well until mixed.
- 19. Season the spaghetti with salt and pepper.
- 20. Warm the serving plates.
- 21. Portion the spaghetti onto the warmed plates.
- 22. Garnish each plate with a chili pepper.
- 23. Serve the dish immediately.
