🍝 Spaghetti with Garlic, Chili, and Parsley

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 chili peppers
- 70 g Parmesan (block)
- 125 ml olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- 400 g spaghetti
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly.
- 2. Wash the parsley and shake it dry thoroughly.
- 3. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers and slice them lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the seeds and the white inner membranes from the chili peppers.
- 6. Dice the deseeded chili peppers into small pieces.
- 7. Grate the Parmesan into fine shavings.
- 8. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 9. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 10. Sauté the garlic slices and chili pepper cubes in the hot oil.
- 11. Stir the chopped parsley into the vegetables.
- 12. Mix the drained pasta with the garlic and parsley mixture.
- 13. Serve the spaghetti sprinkled with Parmesan and freshly ground pepper.
