🍝 Heart Clam Spaghetti in the Oven

Ingredients
- 1 kg Heart Mussel
- 4 Spring Onions
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Handful Flat-Leaf Parsley
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 40 ml Olive Oil
- 100 ml Dry White Wine
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the heart clams thoroughly. Discard any clams that are already open.
- 2. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and chop the leaves finely.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 6. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
- 7. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 8. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.
- 9. Sauté the garlic and spring onions in it until translucent.
- 10. Deglaze the pan with the wine.
- 11. Mix the pasta, clams, parsley, and sauce together in a large bowl.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Lay four sheets of parchment paper on your work surface.
- 14. Distribute the noodle-clam mixture evenly across the four sheets of paper.
- 15. Fold up the edges of the parchment paper to form small packets.
- 16. Place the packets in the preheated oven.
- 17. Bake the packets for about 15 minutes.
- 18. Remove the packets from the oven once the clams have opened.
