  1. 1. Wash the heart clams thoroughly. Discard any clams that are already open.
  2. 2. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and chop the leaves finely.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  6. 6. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
  7. 7. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
  8. 8. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.
  9. 9. Sauté the garlic and spring onions in it until translucent.
  10. 10. Deglaze the pan with the wine.
  11. 11. Mix the pasta, clams, parsley, and sauce together in a large bowl.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Lay four sheets of parchment paper on your work surface.
  14. 14. Distribute the noodle-clam mixture evenly across the four sheets of paper.
  15. 15. Fold up the edges of the parchment paper to form small packets.
  16. 16. Place the packets in the preheated oven.
  17. 17. Bake the packets for about 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the packets from the oven once the clams have opened.
