Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 250 g Gorgonzola
- 350 g whipping cream
- 0.5 red chili pepper
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the Gorgonzola into small pieces and warm it together with the cream in a pot until it melts. Wash the peppers thoroughly, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain it, and season the Gorgonzola sauce with salt and pepper. Place a dollop of sauce on the pasta and sprinkle with the pepper rings.
