🍝 Spaghetti with Shrimp and Pak Choi

Ingredients
- 200 g whole wheat spaghetti
- salt
- 10 g ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 pieces spring onions
- 400 g pak choi
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful parsley
- 150 g shrimp (ready for cooking; peeled, deveined)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- pepper
- chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti in it for about 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
- 3. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 4. Peel the ginger and the garlic.
- 5. Finely chop the ginger and the garlic.
- 6. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 7. Cut the spring onions into rings.
- 8. Clean the Pak Choi and wash it.
- 9. Cut the Pak Choi into strips.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes.
- 11. Halve the tomatoes.
- 12. Wash the parsley.
- 13. Shake the parsley dry.
- 14. Heat oil in a pan.
- 15. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and spring onions over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- 16. Add the shrimp, Pak Choi, and tomatoes to the pan.
- 17. Sauté the vegetables and shrimp for 5 minutes.
- 18. Deglaze the pan with lime juice.
- 19. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- 20. Portion the spaghetti onto plates.
- 21. Place the shrimp with the Pak Choi over the pasta.
- 22. Sprinkle the dish with parsley, sesame, and chili flakes.
- 23. Serve the dish immediately.
