  6. 6. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  7. 7. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  8. 8. Clean the Pak Choi and wash it.
  9. 9. Cut the Pak Choi into strips.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Halve the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley.
  13. 13. Shake the parsley dry.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and spring onions over medium heat for 4 minutes.
  16. 16. Add the shrimp, Pak Choi, and tomatoes to the pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the vegetables and shrimp for 5 minutes.
  18. 18. Deglaze the pan with lime juice.
  19. 19. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  20. 20. Portion the spaghetti onto plates.
  21. 21. Place the shrimp with the Pak Choi over the pasta.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the dish with parsley, sesame, and chili flakes.
