  3. 3. Clean the mushrooms.
  4. 4. Cut off the mushroom stems.
  5. 5. Halve or quarter the mushroom caps depending on their size.
  6. 6. Wash the chard thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the tough stems from the chard.
  8. 8. Chop the chard leaves into small pieces.
  9. 9. Fill a pot with water and add plenty of salt.
  10. 10. Bring the salted water to a boil.
  11. 11. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the diced shallot briefly over medium heat.
  13. 13. Add the mushrooms to the shallot in the pan.
  14. 14. Fry the mushrooms.
  15. 15. Sprinkle curry powder over the mushrooms.
  16. 16. Fry the curry briefly along with the mushrooms.
  17. 17. Stir the chopped chard leaves into the mushroom mixture.
  18. 18. Add broth to the pan.
  19. 19. Add crème fraîche to the pan.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with salt.
  21. 21. Season the sauce with pepper.
  22. 22. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

  29. 29. Serve the pasta together with the chard.
