  1. 1. Place the minced meat in a bowl.

  3. 3. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  5. 5. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  6. 6. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
  7. 7. Fry the minced meat until crumbly in the hot oil.
  8. 8. Add the chopped onion and garlic.
  9. 9. Sauté the vegetables with the meat.
  10. 10. Deglaze the meat with the milk.
  11. 11. Add the tomatoes including their juice to the pot.
  12. 12. Crush the tomatoes slightly.
  13. 13. Stir the tomato paste into the sauce.
  14. 14. Add the broth to the sauce.
  15. 15. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
  16. 16. Add more liquid if necessary.

  19. 19. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
