  3. 3. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit completely.
  4. 4. Carefully cut out the fruit segments (filets) from the membranes.
  5. 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  7. 7. Chop the pistachios and hazelnuts finely.
  8. 8. Place all prepared fruits, nuts, and mint into a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the honey, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  10. 10. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly coated.
