🍽️ Late Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 6 figs
- 3 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 handful mint
- 25 g green pistachio kernels
- 30 g hazelnut kernels
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mild olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the figs thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the figs into thin wedges.
- 3. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit completely.
- 4. Carefully cut out the fruit segments (filets) from the membranes.
- 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 6. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 7. Chop the pistachios and hazelnuts finely.
- 8. Place all prepared fruits, nuts, and mint into a bowl.
- 9. Add the honey, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- 10. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly coated.
