🍽️ Fresh Tomato Salad with Chili and Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 kg mixed tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, yellow and red tomatoes)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 20 g parsley (1 bunch)
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch coconut blossom sugar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard stem ends from the tomatoes.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes into halves or small cubes, depending on their size.
- 4. Wash the chili pepper under running water.
- 5. Remove the stem end of the chili pepper.
- 6. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 7. Peel the garlic clove.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Wash the parsley under running water.
- 10. Shake the parsley dry to remove excess water.
- 11. Finely chop the parsley.
- 12. Mix the chopped parsley with the chili, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.
- 13. Season the mixture with coconut blossom sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 14. Gently fold the prepared tomatoes into the dressing mixture.
- 15. Serve the salad immediately while fresh.
