🍝 Fruity and Fresh Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 350 g whole wheat pasta
- salt
- 2 oranges
- 1 apple
- 200 g green and blue grapes (seedless as desired)
- 2 stalks celery
- 80 g black olives
- 3 sprigs dill
- 1 bunch chives
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 20 g grainy mustard (1 tbsp)
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the pasta in it until al dente according to the package instructions.
- 3. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drain well.
- 4. Peel the oranges thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the orange segments out of the peel.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the remaining fruit pulp.
- 7. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 9. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 10. Dice the apple quarters into small pieces.
- 11. Wash the grapes.
- 12. Halve the grapes if they are very large.
- 13. Clean and wash the celery stalks.
- 14. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
- 15. Let the olives drain well.
- 16. Wash the dill sprigs and the chives.
- 17. Shake the herbs dry.
- 18. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
- 19. Finely chop the dill.
- 20. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 21. Whisk the orange juice with the yogurt.
- 22. Add vinegar and mustard to the yogurt mixture.
- 23. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 24. Fold all prepared salad ingredients into the sauce.
- 25. Taste the salad one more time and adjust seasoning.
- 26. Serve the salad immediately.
