  1. 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in it until al dente according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Peel the oranges thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the orange segments out of the peel.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the remaining fruit pulp.
  7. 7. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut the apple into quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  10. 10. Dice the apple quarters into small pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the grapes.
  12. 12. Halve the grapes if they are very large.
  13. 13. Clean and wash the celery stalks.
  14. 14. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
  15. 15. Let the olives drain well.
  16. 16. Wash the dill sprigs and the chives.
  17. 17. Shake the herbs dry.
  18. 18. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
  19. 19. Finely chop the dill.
  20. 20. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  21. 21. Whisk the orange juice with the yogurt.
  22. 22. Add vinegar and mustard to the yogurt mixture.
  23. 23. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  24. 24. Fold all prepared salad ingredients into the sauce.
  25. 25. Taste the salad one more time and adjust seasoning.
  26. 26. Serve the salad immediately.
