  4. 4. Add the bacon and onions to the pot.
  5. 5. Sauté the ingredients over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the tomato paste and fry it briefly.
  7. 7. Deglaze the mixture with the tomatoes and broth.
  8. 8. Pour in the brine from the pickles.
  9. 9. Add the bay leaf.
  10. 10. Bring the soup to a boil.
  11. 11. Simmer the soup over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Cut the pickles into strips.
  13. 13. Cut the meat into strips or small pieces.
  14. 14. Slice the sausages.
  15. 15. Drain the sauerkraut well.
  16. 16. Add all prepared ingredients (pickles, meat, sausages, sauerkraut) to the soup.
