🍽️ Fresh homemade soy milk with tofu cubes

Ingredients
- 100 g dried soybean
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 120 g tofu
- chervil (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Place the soybeans in a blender or food processor.
- 2. Grind the beans into a fine paste.
- 3. Transfer the soybean paste into a pot.
- 4. Pour 1 liter of water over the beans.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 6. Reduce the heat and let the liquid simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Pour the cooked mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- 8. Squeeze out the remaining liquid from the bean residue.
- 9. Stir in sugar to taste to sweeten the milk.
- 10. Let the soy milk cool down to room temperature.
- 11. Place the milk in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill it.
- 12. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
- 13. Distribute the tofu cubes evenly among several glasses.
- 14. Pour the cold soy milk carefully over the tofu cubes.
- 15. Garnish the drink with fresh chervil.
- 16. Serve the soy milk immediately.
