🍽️ Melon Soya Drink and Kefir Berry Mix

Ingredients
- 0.5 Galia melon (ca. 500 g)
- 4 sprigs mint
- 4 slices rusk
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 0.5 l cold soy drink (soy milk)
- 250 g blueberries
- juice of one orange
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 600 ml cold kefir
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds from one half.
- 3. Peel the seeded melon half.
- 4. Scoop out a few balls of flesh and set them aside.
- 5. Dice the remaining melon flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the mint.
- 7. Roughly chop the mint leaves.
- 8. Crumb the bread into small pieces.
- 9. Put the diced melon flesh into the blender.
- 10. Add the bread crumbs.
- 11. Add the chopped mint.
- 12. Add the lemon juice to the blender.
- 13. Add the honey to the blender.
- 14. Pour the soy milk into the blender.
- 15. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 16. Pour the drink into tall glasses.
- 17. Thread the melon balls onto small wooden skewers.
- 18. Garnish the drink with the skewers.
- 19. Wash the blueberries.
- 20. Remove any bad berries.
- 21. Let the berries drain.
- 22. Pour the orange juice into the blender.
- 23. Add the blueberries to the blender.
- 24. Add the oat flakes to the blender.
- 25. Pour 500 milliliters of kefir into the blender.
- 26. Add the honey to the blender.
- 27. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 28. Pour the drink into glasses.
- 29. Distribute the remaining kefir on top.
- 30. Stir the kefir lightly with a spoon to create a marbling effect.
- 31. Serve the drink with a straw.
