  3. 3. Peel the seeded melon half.
  4. 4. Scoop out a few balls of flesh and set them aside.
  5. 5. Dice the remaining melon flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the mint.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the mint leaves.
  8. 8. Crumb the bread into small pieces.
  9. 9. Put the diced melon flesh into the blender.
  10. 10. Add the bread crumbs.
  11. 11. Add the chopped mint.
  12. 12. Add the lemon juice to the blender.
  13. 13. Add the honey to the blender.
  14. 14. Pour the soy milk into the blender.
  15. 15. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  16. 16. Pour the drink into tall glasses.
  17. 17. Thread the melon balls onto small wooden skewers.
  18. 18. Garnish the drink with the skewers.
  19. 19. Wash the blueberries.
  20. 20. Remove any bad berries.
