🥤 Creamy Soy Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 250 g raspberries
- 1.5 tbsp liquid honey
- 15 g fine oat flakes (instant, 2 tbsp)
- 100 g Greek yogurt (10 % fat)
- 300 ml soy drink (soy milk) (or low-fat milk)
- cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the berries and remove any stems or unripe parts.
- 2. Place the cleaned berries, honey, oat flakes, yogurt, and soy drink into a large bowl or a tall mixing container.
- 3. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until the mixture is completely fine and smooth.
- 4. Pour the finished smoothie into drinking glasses.
- 5. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top according to your taste.
- 6. Enjoy the smoothie immediately while it is freshly made.
