Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 200 g soy yogurt alternative
- 200 ml soy drink (soy milk) (vanilla)
- 1 handful ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh off the pit. Put the mango together with the sugar, the lemon juice, the soy yogurt, the soy milk and the ice cubes in the blender. Puree everything until creamy.
- 2. Fill the lassi into glasses or bottles and serve it.
