🍽️ Fresh Cress and Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 box garden watercress
- 250 g cucumber (0.5 cucumbers)
- 2 tsp paprika powder (rose spicy)
- 100 ml soy drink (soy milk) (1.2 % fat)
- salt
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cress from the bed using kitchen scissors.
- 2. Place the cut cress into a blender or a tall container.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the half cucumber under running water.
- 4. Dry the cucumber with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the inner part containing the seeds from the cucumber halves.
- 7. Dice the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 8. Put 1 1/2 teaspoons of paprika powder onto a flat plate.
- 9. Dip the top part of a cucumber piece into some water to moisten it.
- 10. Press the moistened cucumber top firmly into the paprika powder.
- 11. Ensure an even red border forms around the cucumber.
- 12. Add the cucumber cubes and the remaining paprika powder to the blender.
- 13. Pour the soy drink into the blender.
- 14. Add a pinch of salt.
- 15. Blend the mixture in a stand blender or with a hand blender until smooth.
- 16. Pour the pureed mixture into the prepared glass.
- 17. Crush ice cubes using an ice crusher or a similar device.
- 18. Carefully add the crushed ice cubes to the drink.
