  1. 1. Cut the cress from the bed using kitchen scissors.
  2. 2. Place the cut cress into a blender or a tall container.
  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the half cucumber under running water.
  4. 4. Dry the cucumber with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the inner part containing the seeds from the cucumber halves.
  7. 7. Dice the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Put 1 1/2 teaspoons of paprika powder onto a flat plate.
  9. 9. Dip the top part of a cucumber piece into some water to moisten it.
  10. 10. Press the moistened cucumber top firmly into the paprika powder.
  11. 11. Ensure an even red border forms around the cucumber.
  12. 12. Add the cucumber cubes and the remaining paprika powder to the blender.
  13. 13. Pour the soy drink into the blender.
  14. 14. Add a pinch of salt.
  15. 15. Blend the mixture in a stand blender or with a hand blender until smooth.
  16. 16. Pour the pureed mixture into the prepared glass.
  17. 17. Crush ice cubes using an ice crusher or a similar device.
  18. 18. Carefully add the crushed ice cubes to the drink.
