  4. 4. Cut the carrots into thin sticks.
  5. 5. Rinse the coriander under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the coriander dry.
  7. 7. Chop the coriander leaves roughly.
  8. 8. Peel the ginger.
  9. 9. Grate the ginger finely.
  10. 10. Heat a wok without oil.
  11. 11. Roast the peanuts in the hot wok until golden brown.
  12. 12. Remove the peanuts from the wok.
  13. 13. Chop the peanuts roughly.
  14. 14. Add oil to the wok.
  15. 15. Heat the oil in the wok.
  16. 16. Add the grated ginger to the wok.
  17. 17. Add the carrot sticks to the wok.
  18. 18. Sauté the ginger and carrots lightly.
