🍽️ Three delicious Snøfrisk dip variations

Ingredients
- 1 pack Snøfrisk (plain 125 g)
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- salt (and pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Take the Snøfrisk base dip mixture.
- 2. Add two tablespoons of lime juice.
- 3. Grate a little fine zest from a lime or lemon.
- 4. Add a small pinch of sugar.
- 5. Stir everything well into the base dip mixture.
- 6. Take a new portion of the Snøfrisk base dip mixture.
- 7. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
- 8. Stir the oil in well.
- 9. Take a third portion of the Snøfrisk base dip mixture.
- 10. Add half a teaspoon of barbecue seasoning.
- 11. Add a quarter teaspoon of paprika seasoning.
- 12. Add one tablespoon of oil.
- 13. Add some crème fraîche or whipping cream.
- 14. Stir all ingredients well.
- 15. Optional: You can also use cumin, pepper, cayenne pepper, or garlic.
- 16. Alternatively: Replace the base dip mixture with Snøfrisk Dill if you like dill.
