🥤 Pomegranate Pistachio Ice Smoothie

Ingredients
- 30 g pomegranate seeds (2 tbsp)
- 150 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 60 ml pomegranate juice
- 30 g pistachio kernels (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Place the pomegranate seeds into an ice cube tray. Fill the tray with water and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
- 2. Add the milk, yogurt, rice syrup, pomegranate juice, and 1 tablespoon of pistachios to a blender. Blend until very smooth.
- 3. Pour the shake into glasses. Add the pomegranate ice cubes, roughly chop the remaining pistachios, and sprinkle them over the smoothies.
