  1. 1. Place the pomegranate seeds into an ice cube tray. Fill the tray with water and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  2. 2. Add the milk, yogurt, rice syrup, pomegranate juice, and 1 tablespoon of pistachios to a blender. Blend until very smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the shake into glasses. Add the pomegranate ice cubes, roughly chop the remaining pistachios, and sprinkle them over the smoothies.
