🥤 Refreshing Pear and Corn Salad Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 3 clementines
- 30 g ginger
- 150 g corn salad
- 2 carrot greens (approx. 70 g)
- 2 daisy flowers (approx. 70 g)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 ml clear apple juice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pears under running water.
- 2. Remove the core from the pears.
- 3. Peel the clementines.
- 4. Peel the ginger.
- 5. Grate the ginger finely.
- 6. Wash the corn salad under running water.
- 7. Wash the green leaves of the carrots.
- 8. Dry the corn salad and the carrot greens in a salad spinner.
- 9. Rinse the daisies under cold water.
- 10. Shake the daisies dry.
- 11. Put the prepared pears, clementines, ginger, corn salad, carrot greens, and daisies into the blender.
- 12. Add the lemon juice to the blender.
- 13. Add the apple juice to the blender.
- 14. Blend the ingredients finely.
- 15. Add 500 to 600 milliliters of water gradually while blending.
- 16. Stop blending when the desired thickness is reached.
- 17. Pour the smoothie into bottles or glasses.
- 18. Serve the smoothie as you like.
