Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 small red onion
- 4 pickles
- 1 handful parsley
- 4 tbsp yogurt (3.5% fat) (each 20 g)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 dash lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the boiled eggs and the onion. Cut the eggs, onion, and pickles into small cubes. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop the leaves finely.
- 2. Mix everything with the yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
