🍰 Birch Sugar Caramel Delight

Ingredients
- 100 g Birch sugar
- 110 ml Whipping cream
- 25 g Butter
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Put the birch sugar and 30 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it boils.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat briefly when it starts to bubble.
- 4. Add 80 milliliters of cream spoonful by spoonful and stir well.
- 5. Place the pot back on the stove and set the heat to medium.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer and stir regularly until it turns golden brown.
- 7. Remove the caramel sauce from the heat.
- 8. Stir the butter into the warm sauce.
- 9. Add 10 milliliters of water and continue stirring.
- 10. Add the remaining cream and mix everything until smooth.
- 11. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
- 12. Stir vigorously once more until the sauce looks glossy.
