  1. 1. Mix the flour with the salt.
  2. 2. Add the yeast and sugar to the flour mixture.
  3. 3. Knead the dough with 350 ml of oat drink until it is smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 to 60 minutes.
  5. 5. Knead the risen dough briefly again.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into two halves.
  7. 7. Shape each half into a long sausage.
  8. 8. Cut each sausage into five equal pieces.
  9. 9. Shape the individual pieces into round balls.
  10. 10. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  11. 11. Make a slight cut in the center of each ball with a knife.
  12. 12. Brush the rolls with the remaining oat drink.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the rolls with oat flakes and poppy seeds.
  14. 14. Let the rolls rest for another 30 minutes in a warm place.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees).
  16. 16. Place a heatproof container with some water on the bottom of the oven.
  17. 17. Slide the baking sheet into the oven.
  18. 18. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  19. 19. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool down.
