  2. 2. Roast the ingredients over medium heat without adding any fat.
  3. 3. Let the mixture roast for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the roasted seeds and coconut chips from the pan.
  5. 5. Set the roasted ingredients aside.
  6. 6. Slice the grapefruit into rounds.
  7. 7. Cut each grapefruit slice into quarters.
  8. 8. Peel the grapefruit quarters if you prefer.
  9. 9. Peel the kiwis.
  10. 10. Slice the peeled kiwis.
  11. 11. Fill four small bowls with the skyr.
  12. 12. Add the prepared grapefruit and kiwi pieces to the bowls.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the roasted seeds and amaranth over the fruit.
  14. 14. Serve the bowls immediately.
