🍳 Creamy Skyr Bowl with Fresh Strawberries and Crunchy Topping

Ingredients
- 200 g Skyr
- 60 g firm natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 200 g strawberries
- 2 tsp flaxseed oil
- 60 g rolled oats
- 10 g ground flaxseeds (2 tbsp)
- 10 g sesame seeds (2 tsp)
- 1 tbsp goji berries
Instructions
- 1. Stir the skyr and yogurt together in a bowl until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries and wash the berries thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the washed strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Place the cut strawberries on top of the creamy skyr mixture.
- 5. Drizzle the flaxseed oil evenly over the strawberries.
- 6. Sprinkle the oats, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, and goji berries over the top.
- 7. Serve the bowl immediately and enjoy.
