Ingredients
- 400 Shrimps (cooked and peeled)
- 1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 stalk Celery (cut into thin slices)
- 3 Spring onions (cut into thin rings)
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Slowly beat in the oil until a creamy dressing forms. Gently fold in the prepared vegetables and chopped parsley.
- 2. Rinse the shrimp briefly and pat them dry. Toss them into the salad. Cover the bowl and let the salad chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the flavors meld.
