🍽️ Shrimp cocktail with green asparagus

Ingredients
- 80 g Crème fraîche
- 80 g Crème fraîche
- 100 g Natural yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch Dill
- 400 g cooked shrimp
- 8 stalks green asparagus
- 2 Lemon slices
Instructions
- 1. Stir the sour cream, crème fraîche, and yogurt together in a bowl.
- 2. Season the cream mixture with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 3. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 4. Pluck off the fine dill tips and set them aside.
- 5. Finely chop the remaining dill.
- 6. Mix the chopped dill with the crab meat.
- 7. Fill the glasses with the crab mixture.
- 8. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
- 9. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
- 10. Trim the asparagus stalks to half their length.
- 11. Bring salted water to a boil.
- 12. Cook the asparagus stalks in the boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
- 13. Drain the asparagus.
- 14. Shock the asparagus with cold water to cool it down.
- 15. Halve the cooled asparagus stalks.
- 16. Slice a lemon and halve one of the slices.
- 17. Take a dill sprig from the reserved tips.
- 18. Garnish with two asparagus stalks, a half lemon slice, and the dill sprig in the cocktail.
- 19. Serve the cocktail immediately.
