  1. 1. Stir the sour cream, crème fraîche, and yogurt together in a bowl.
  2. 2. Season the cream mixture with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  3. 3. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  4. 4. Pluck off the fine dill tips and set them aside.
  5. 5. Finely chop the remaining dill.
  6. 6. Mix the chopped dill with the crab meat.
  7. 7. Fill the glasses with the crab mixture.
  8. 8. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
  9. 9. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
  10. 10. Trim the asparagus stalks to half their length.
  11. 11. Bring salted water to a boil.
  12. 12. Cook the asparagus stalks in the boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Drain the asparagus.
  14. 14. Shock the asparagus with cold water to cool it down.
  15. 15. Halve the cooled asparagus stalks.
  16. 16. Slice a lemon and halve one of the slices.
  17. 17. Take a dill sprig from the reserved tips.
  18. 18. Garnish with two asparagus stalks, a half lemon slice, and the dill sprig in the cocktail.
  19. 19. Serve the cocktail immediately.
