  2. 2. Peel the avocado and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Rinse the limes under hot water and dry them.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice from one lime and mix it with the avocado cubes.
  5. 5. Slice the second lime into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Peel the mango and slice the flesh off the pit.
  7. 7. Dice the mango slices into small pieces.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds from the melon pieces and peel them.
  9. 9. Dice the melon into small pieces.
  10. 10. Add the shrimp, mango, and melon to a large bowl.
  11. 11. Toss all ingredients in the bowl to combine.
  12. 12. Wash the chili peppers and dry them.
  13. 13. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
  14. 14. Wash the bell peppers and dry them.
  15. 15. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core.
  16. 16. Remove the white inner membranes from the bell pepper.
  17. 17. Dice the bell pepper into small pieces.
  18. 18. Add the chili rings and bell pepper cubes to the salad.
  19. 19. Toss the bell pepper and chili well with the rest of the salad.
  20. 20. Wash the basil and shake off excess water.
  21. 21. Finely chop the basil.
  22. 22. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
  23. 23. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the finished salad with the chopped basil.
