🥗 Fruity Shrimp Salad with Avocado and Mango

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 limes
- 1 mango
- 0.25 Galia melon
- 300 g shrimp (in brine, drained weight)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1.5 red bell peppers
- 0.5 bunch basil (10 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 ml)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 2. Peel the avocado and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Rinse the limes under hot water and dry them.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from one lime and mix it with the avocado cubes.
- 5. Slice the second lime into thin rounds.
- 6. Peel the mango and slice the flesh off the pit.
- 7. Dice the mango slices into small pieces.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the melon pieces and peel them.
- 9. Dice the melon into small pieces.
- 10. Add the shrimp, mango, and melon to a large bowl.
- 11. Toss all ingredients in the bowl to combine.
- 12. Wash the chili peppers and dry them.
- 13. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 14. Wash the bell peppers and dry them.
- 15. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core.
- 16. Remove the white inner membranes from the bell pepper.
- 17. Dice the bell pepper into small pieces.
- 18. Add the chili rings and bell pepper cubes to the salad.
- 19. Toss the bell pepper and chili well with the rest of the salad.
- 20. Wash the basil and shake off excess water.
- 21. Finely chop the basil.
- 22. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
- 23. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- 24. Sprinkle the finished salad with the chopped basil.
- 25. Serve the salad and enjoy.
