🍽️ Grilled Shrimp and Pepper Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp (kitchen-ready, deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
- 2 Bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
- 6. Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Thread the shrimp and pepper pieces alternately onto eight skewers.
- 8. Peel the garlic.
- 9. Finely chop the garlic.
- 10. Mix the chopped garlic with the oil and the parsley.
- 11. Brush the shrimp and pepper pieces with the oil-garlic mixture.
- 12. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 13. Turn the skewers occasionally.
- 14. Grill the skewers for about six minutes.
- 15. Brush the skewers with a little oil from time to time.
- 16. Season the skewers with salt and pepper at the end.
- 17. Serve the skewers garnished with lemon wedges.
