  1. 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Use a zester to remove the lemon peel.
  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Wash the chili pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  7. 7. Mix the shrimp with one tablespoon of lemon juice, the chopped garlic, and the chili.
  8. 8. Let the shrimp marinate for one hour.
  9. 9. Peel the avocado and cut it in half lengthwise.
  10. 10. Remove the pit of the avocado.
  11. 11. Cut the avocado flesh into pieces.
  12. 12. Mix the avocado pieces immediately with the remaining lemon juice.
  13. 13. Pat the marinated shrimp dry.
  14. 14. Season the shrimp with pepper.
  15. 15. Fry the shrimp in hot olive oil until brown.
  16. 16. Remove the browned shrimp from the pan.
  17. 17. Mix the shrimp with the avocado pieces.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
  19. 19. Fill the mixture into small bowls.
  20. 20. Garnish the dish with chive tips and lemon zest.
  21. 21. Serve the cocktail.
