  3. 3. Remove the dark vein and rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
  4. 4. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
  6. 6. Mix the lemon juice, oil, curry powder, paprika powder, and chili sauce in a bowl.
  7. 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Add the shrimp and garlic slices to the marinade and mix everything well.
  9. 9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  10. 10. Spread the marinated shrimp evenly on the tray.
  11. 11. Place the tray in the oven and bake the shrimp for about 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the shrimp occasionally during baking to ensure even cooking.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished shrimp with fresh coriander leaves.
