🍽️ Oven Shrimps with Curry Aroma

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Shrimp (whole and raw)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce (sweet-hot)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Make a cut along the back of the shrimp shells.
- 3. Remove the dark vein and rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
- 6. Mix the lemon juice, oil, curry powder, paprika powder, and chili sauce in a bowl.
- 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Add the shrimp and garlic slices to the marinade and mix everything well.
- 9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 10. Spread the marinated shrimp evenly on the tray.
- 11. Place the tray in the oven and bake the shrimp for about 15 minutes.
- 12. Turn the shrimp occasionally during baking to ensure even cooking.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished shrimp with fresh coriander leaves.
- 14. Serve the shrimp with fresh lemon wedges.
