  2. 2. Place the dough into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Smooth the surface evenly using a spoon or spatula.
  3. 3. Bake the pastry in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the pan and let the cake cool inside before releasing it. Cut the whole thing into 24 small pieces and dust them lightly with powdered sugar.
