  3. 3. Beat the soft butter with sugar and salt until fluffy.
  4. 4. Sift the flour over the butter mixture.
  5. 5. Quickly knead the ingredients into a dough.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into a ball.
  7. 7. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  8. 8. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. 9. Lightly flour your work surface.
  10. 10. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 centimeters.
  11. 11. Place the dough on the prepared baking tray.
  12. 12. Prick the dough surface several times with a fork.
  13. 13. Bake the cake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden yellow.
  14. 14. Cut the still hot cake into strips of about 2 by 6 centimeters.
