  2. 2. Juice the peeled cucumber using a juicer.
  3. 3. Pour the cucumber juice into a shaker.
  4. 4. Add fresh dill sprigs, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper to the shaker.
  5. 5. Add some ice cubes to the shaker.
  6. 6. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well-chilled.
  7. 7. Strain the liquid through a sieve into cocktail glasses to remove solid ingredients.
  8. 8. Mix sparkling water with lemon juice and three tablespoons of shiso syrup in a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Add ice cubes to the glasses containing the cucumber juice.
  10. 10. Pour the lemon-water mixture over the cucumber juice.
  11. 11. Garnish the drink with a fresh dill sprig.
  12. 12. Serve the drink ice-cold.
