  3. 3. Cook the soybeans in a separate pot of boiling water for the time specified on the package.
  4. 4. Drain the noodles.
  5. 5. Drain the soybeans.
  6. 6. Clean the shiitake mushrooms.
  7. 7. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
  8. 8. Put the sesame seeds into a dry pan.
  9. 9. Toast the sesame seeds without extra oil until they smell fragrant.
  10. 10. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan.
  11. 11. Set the sesame seeds aside.
  12. 12. Add oil to the pan.
  13. 13. Heat the oil in the pan.
  14. 14. Fry the mushroom slices over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  15. 15. Add the drained noodles to the pan.
  16. 16. Add the drained soybeans to the pan.
  17. 17. Stir-fry the noodles and soybeans for 1 to 2 minutes.
  18. 18. Add the toasted sesame seeds back into the pan.
